John began his experience as a Land Surveyor but soon moved to an  American Sales Training Company based in Manchester.  It was here that his passion for sales and customer/client relationship management began.  In 1998 he set up a company called 'European Marketing Consultants' and so began several very successful sales and marketing companies.

Shelley is the Managing Director, she works closely with the CEO and the sales reps to ensure the smooth running of the business, continuously reviewing processes and procedures to provide a better service for our customers.

Mike's background has centered predominately around Distribution.  His experience as a Sales Manager has allowed him to understand the role of the supplier/manufacturer and how to get the most from that.  This has made him a very strong member of the team.  Mike joined M-Press Fittings looking after the Northern Region sales and taking up the role of Sales Director for the UK and Ireland.

Training & Development Director

Marc started as an Assistant Buyer, soon moving to become a Plumbing & Heating Stock Manager and then General Plumbing and Heating Manager. His experience is as wide as it is diverse and his understanding of the industry is sound. Now at M-Press Fittings, he looks after the Southern Region and handles Training and Development for the company, it's customers and supply partners.

Commericial Director

Dean looks after all of the OEM business for M-Press as well as his distributors.  He has a solid background in Commercial Distribution which in turn has allowed him to work with and alongside many of the country's larger commercial M&E contractors.  

Finance Assistant

Amber assists in the finance department, making sure all day-to-day financing duties are taken care of.  Amber is AAT Level 3 qualified and has a wealth of experience in the financial department.

Charlotte works closely with the CEO, but also contributes to the operations of the company. She also is in charge of the marketing and socials of M-Press Fittings, constantly looking to improve the way you see the company.

Hannah is in charge of our sales team, ensuring that all orders and inquiries are dealt with professionally. Hannah is also responsible for commercial projects, whether it be to ensure the order is complete or arrange transportation to help provide the best care for our customers.

Charli works in our internal sales team, processing the day-to-day orders and assisting in everything to do with sales. She works closely with our Internal Sales Manager and is one of the first voices you will hear when you call in.

Warehouse Manager

Darren oversees the daily running of our warehouse, ensuring orders are picked and packed with care. He also ensures our system is up to date with the latest stock numbers and checks all deliveries when they enter our warehouse.
